Welcome to Suffolk Dental Group

We are glad that you have chosen our new office here in Downtown Crossing to service your needs.  As our name implies, it is the goal and philosophy of our practice to care for your dental health, and to craft you a picture-perfect smile.  Suffolk Dental has combined the best and the brightest in Dentistry to bring you the highest level of excellence and attentive services.

As your health care provider, we strongly recommend that all new patients have a thorough examination and evaluation upon entering our practice.  This will allow proper diagnosis and treatment of any dental diseases you may have.  The initial visit often includes a review of your medical history, examination and dental X-rays. This will be followed by a consultation with us to discuss your treatment options.

Following your complete treatment,
we will recall you for periodic check-ups, cleanings, and maintenance of your long-term oral health.  At Suffolk Dental, we emphasize in patient-education.  We believe not only in restoring your oral health to its optimum, but also to teach you how to preserve your dental health for the
rest of your life.  After all, life is too short not to put your best smile forward!

It is our experience that an informed patient is generally one who will receive the optimal care.  Please do not hesitate to ask us to explain your treatment at any time.  We look forward to working with you to accomplish your goal — a picture-perfect smile.

Recall Appointments And Preventative Dentistry

We took pride in our emphasis on "preventive dentistry".  Our program serves to prevent and identify problems before they develop.  We can accomplish our mutual objective by having regular "recall" appointments.  A recall appointment is a periodic checkup and cleaning that is recommended by your Doctor upon completion of your treatment.  Recalls are usually every six months, some people may need more or less.  Remember, our ultimate goal is to maintain your dental health over a long period of time.  Periodic checkups and cleanings are necessary in achieving this goal.

Missed Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  Lateness and
missed appointments are disruptive to both our office and other patients who also have a timely schedule.  We generally call our patients one or two days prior to their appointments to confirm that appointment.  This call however is a courtesy of our office and you are ultimately responsible for keeping your appointments.

We do realize that unpredictable situations may occur that can force you to reschedule your appointment.  In these circumstances, we would appreciate a twenty four hour notice if possible.  Two or more missed appointments without any notice will result in dismissal from our office.
